I have been living in the Yonge & Eglinton area for more than 15 years now.
I love the conveniences of the neighborhood and the fact that I can walk to great restaurants, movie theatres and great shopping. I have invested in real estate in this neighborhood for the more than 10 years and would like to use my knowledge to help you buy, sell or invest in a property.
By starting small with a condominium, I’ve been able to move my way up the property ladder to a larger home + 2 rental properties. The profits that you make on your principal residence are tax-free. There is no better tax-shelter for you than the increasing value in your home. Therefore it pays not to stay in your home too long if the property value is increasing. You can also use the increased value in your home to invest in rental properties.
